At 23, the New York man was arrested recently for charging tens of thousands of dollars on cards fraudulent credit in the names of a number of wealthy, high level, including men Designer of Tommy Hilfiger clothes, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and George Hornig, chief operating officer of the investment bank credit Suisse First Boston. The identity thief, Gregory Mortel, used the stolen credit cards to pay for expensive spa treatments and other luxuries. In a phone call that led to his arrest, Mortel said that "no one will ever be able to trace him to any wrongdoing." He was then arrested while enjoying a spa treatment in a bathroom Equinox Sport, which paid for using a credit card made out to Tommy Hilfiger.
