A: If you are unhappy with Identity Guard, you can cancel within the free 30-day trial without charge. If you do not cancel within 30 days, you will be charged $ 14.99 per month that you continue your membership. You are free to cancel after the free 30 ended, but you will not be entitled to a refund. To unsubscribe, just call the service center's Customer Identity Guard at 1 (800) 452-2541.
