Q: What is my FICO score
A: We do not keep track of your FICO score, but we can tell you how to get it. (If you are looking for the definition of a FICO score, check out our "What is a credit score?" FAQ.) Generally, you must pay to get your FICO score (the score FICO is the most widely used credit score type), but you can get it for free when you sign up for a free 30 day trial of the Equifax credit monitoring service. You get your Equifax FICO score and credit reports from all three bureaus and monitoring of 3-bureau credit and some other goodies. It is a great service that you can keep it and pay $ 14.95 a month, but if not you can simply cancel during the trial period and you received your FICO score and credit reports 3 free.
If you do not want to subscribe to a service or if you want to buy all three of your FICO scores, you can purchase FICO Full credit to $ 47.85. This includes not only the three FICO scores, but all three credit reports, an explanation of each credit score and FICO Simulator, who believes that your FICO score would be if you took various measures such as debt payment credit card.
If you only want to buy a credit score, you can get FICO standard instead of $ 15.95. You can choose the desktop you want to score and report and get all the other full FICO credit characteristics, but just for one office. Remember, though, you get all this for free with the free trial of Equifax credit monitoring service.
