EMC Corp. today unveiled a backup and recovery service hosted based on technology gained in its acquisition of $ 76 million for Berkeley Data Systems in September. The new product MozyEnterprise software-as-a-service is the first offering in a new hosted software EMC Fortress line. MozyEnterprise will provide services of backup and recovery online subscription for remote computers and Windows Server remote environments, EMC said.
