Q: I am a member [of Identity Guard], how can I sign on member services when I'm not on the computer that I signed up with? I need to print my credit reports from another computer and I can not find a way to the login screen.
A: Identity Guard makes it very easy to access your information from any computer using the username and password that you established when registration. Here are the steps to connect to your account Identity Guard.
- Visit Identity Guard website.
- Look in the top right corner of the site to a button that says "Log In" and click it.
- Enter your user name and password and click the "Login" button.
If you can not remember your password or user ID :.
- Look for the link above the login box and click on "User ID or password forgotten"
- You will be directed to the secure ID Forgot User or password page where you can enter your last name, the last four digits of your security number and social postcode. Identity Guard will send you directions on retrieving your ID or password for the email account you used to sign up for your account.
