Apple retracted anti-virus recommendation -
Apple has removed the note that encouraged Mac users to install Internet security software, explaining that he was old and inaccurate. Although Apple is reassuring customers that Mac computers are adequately protected "right out of the box," users who are concerned about the browser or application based threats may still consider one of the many services Internet security software that protects Mac systems.
